  1. How do I place an order?

    Simply select the item(s) you want, choose the size and click on “Add to cart”. Once you’ve made your selections, go to your shopping cart and follow the payment steps.

  2. Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?

    If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at info@basedonart.ca. We will do our best to modify or cancel it.

  3. What are the delivery timeframes?

    Delivery times vary from 3 to 7 working days for Quebec. For the rest of Canada, it can take up to 10 to 15 working days. For international deliveries, it normally takes 10 to 20 working days, but it is always possible for delivery times to be extended in certain cases.

  4. What are the shipping costs?

    Charges may vary according to delivery location. When you order an item, the charges are displayed below that amount and are calculated at checkout.

  5. How do I choose the right size?

    See our size guide on each product page.

  6. Are your clothes unisex?

    Yes, the majority of our models are designed to suit all genders. The fit is indicated in the description.

  7. Can I return or exchange an item?

    Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return or exchange, provided the garment is unworn, unwashed and with the original tag. See our complete return policy.

  8. Who pays for returns?

    Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in the event of an error on our part (defective item or wrong size sent).

  9. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), as well as PayPal.

  10. Are payments secure?

    Absolutely. All transactions are processed via secure payment platforms with SSL encryption.

  11. How can I contact you?

    If you have any questions, please write to us at info@basedonart.ca or via the contact form on our website. We normally reply within 24 to 48 hours.

  12. Do you have a retail outlet?

    For the time being, we are exclusively online. Stay tuned for our events and exclusive Drops.

  13. Can I register as an artist and see my collection put online with you?

    Yes, simply contact us by email at info@basedonart.ca or keep an eye out for contests where we select artists to join us.

  14. Can I pick up my order at the warehouse?

    Yes, absolutely! We’ll be happy to welcome you — but only once your order is ready. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as it’s available for pickup. Since this is a warehouse (not a retail store), we’re unable to prepare orders on the spot without prior notice. Thank you for your understanding!
