Refund
Reimbursement of goods
We accept refund requests on our site for products that meet one of the following requirements:
- the product is broken
- the product is the wrong size
Refund requests can be made within 30 DAYS of receipt of your goods.
Refunds do not apply to the following products/services:

Returns
Please follow this procedure to return your items by mail:
The item must be returned in its original packaging and inserted in a transport box to avoid damaging the original box. Items with the label removed or that have been worn will not be refunded or exchanged.
Limitation of liability
The joint stock company or one of its employees will be held responsible for any problem arising from this site. However, the joint stock company and its employees will not be held liable for any problems arising from improper use of this site.
Compensation
As a user, you hereby indemnify the corporation from and against any and all liability, costs, causes of action, damages or expenses arising out of your use of this site or your breach of any of the provisions set forth herein.
Applicable laws
